What is it going to cost?
The minimum for a support request is $100 which covers the first hour of service. On average, this can resolve multiple problems or one big problem. If you’re looking for on-going support, take a look at our monthly care plans starting at $50/month

What is the response time?
Generally speaking, we respond by the next business day and take 1-2 business days to resolve your issue, assuming it’s a simple task and not something elaborate like rebuilding your website.
Is WordPress training available?
Yes it is! We can even use your change request as part of the training to kill two birds with one stone!
WordPress Training is available online with a live call using a service like Skype or Facetime along with a screen sharing app like Zoom.us – training is typically booked in 1-3 hour blocks so as not to overwhelm you with too much all at once.
If what you’re looking to learn cannot be covered within one session, then we can schedule as many sessions as required at a pace that works for you; once per week, once per day or even once per month. Although subject to availability, it’s entirely up to you.
